"I have used Boo Williams State Farm for my renters insurance for a year and 3 months. Most of my interactions in that time have been with the front desk agent, Norma Jean Blunt. She is fantastic! The only issues I have encountered, have been issues with my apartment complex claiming they weren't getting annual renewal notices from Boo Williams' office (which def wasn't true). Norma put together a clear and concise email with corresponding documentation, which led to a reversal of $60 in unnecessary fees from the apt leasing office. She also had more options as a backup, if the apt complex didn't work with us in acknowledging their mistake (like calling a state agency who would've assisted). She went above and beyond, and now they have a customer for life."

"Every time I have to file a claim I am hassled like I am a scammer. They don’t care about your property or your safety. They just like collecting annual premiums from your mortgage company. They run in circles and don’t answer your questions. They expect you to have X-ray vision to see problems through ceilings. They send unvaccinated adjusters to your home. Who pull their masks down around children to access tools. They don’t care. Find a compassionate company."
